This is a picture of Abby and Austin when we were at a family vacation at Anderson Ranch in September of 2006. They were both pretty little. I can't believe how much they've grown. We had so much fun! So fun when we get together! We rented a place to stay and enjoyed the scenery, water, the bikes, walks and time together.

Weekend in Carson City

CARSON CITY< NEVADA

Rich and I went to see Cassie and Brandon. We hiked up Prison Hill and went to Lake Tahoe. Had such a wonderful time! I love being with my family!! That truly is what it is all about!

We went bowling and to the Bean Museum on the BYU campus. We watched Kendall and Ashley play indoor soccer and had all the little ones together. The 4 year olds both wanted to hold the babies. It's so fun to have them all together! It's so fun to be gramma and papa! We love them all!!! What a blessing! They are all so cute and sweet and funny!!!

Another Fun Weekend!

It was so fun to be in Utah with all the kids and their families (except Cassie and Brandon). (We missed them.) We always have so much fun when we're together and so enjoy the time together! Emily and Jared blessed Sam Alexis.

Fun Weekend!!

We had a wonderful weekend with Barry, Heather and Aubrey!! We love being around family!

On Saturday we had dinner with everyone, Rusty, Spencer, Sara, Abby, Austin, Carter, Barry, Heather, Aubrey, Eric, Dad and I. Rusty mentioned what he was doing that night, performing at the Young Single Adult Talent Show. Nobody said much about it, but after Rusty left, Spencer shared with us his brillant idea! He said he had a closet full of white shirts and we went and got them, enough for all the adults and all the kids. We went to Spencer's shop and made big red hearts, slapped them on the front and then added black letters that said "Rusty's Fan Club"!!! We hurried on down to the talent show, walked into this young single adult event, sat on the front row and waited for Rusty's performance. Somebody noticed us (hard to miss us!) and pointed it out to Rusty just before he went on stage!

The sunsets have been so beautiful the last few nights! I love them!

We have a new baby! Sam Alexis came into the world on Monday, 29 December and weighed in at 7 pounds 3 ounces! Emily and Jared are the proud parents of 3 little girls! She is so adorable and we love all 8 of our grandchildren to pieces! We are so blessed!

FROM THE HOT TUB TO THE SNOW AND BACK



The kids were home for Christmas and we had such a great time! My favorite thing is being with family! It was so good to be together and play games and eat and watch the kids and shop and have so much fun! We went to Pine where there was so much snow. The he-men in the family were going from the hot tub to the snow bank and back and forth. What a hoot! You'd never get me to do that! I could never be in the Polar Bear Club! But they were pretty fun and funny to watch! Between shoveling the snow off the roof and sledding down the hill, everyone got their fill of the cold, white stuff!

And had a wonderful day on Sunday!

We fed Santa's reindeer at Thanksgiving Point.

Barry, Heather and Aubrey went with us to Utah to bless Tyson. We went to Temple Square and had such a good time and such a great weekend being with family.
